Notice on how to submit consumer complaints
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23), we inform our valued Clients that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our services in writing in person at our office,

We will provide a response to your complaint in writing no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
